Can you have a look when you find some time?

Also, we have an awful lot of patches to ssh - were these ever send back
to the ssh folks by anyone? (I guess sending them all patches and ask them
to sort the ones out that they need, and what the patches are actually for
will be a bit to emberassing ;-)
