Subject: libtool-1.3.5nb4 is C++-ready?

Using libtool-1.3.5nb4, can we start migrating the C++ packages in the
tree from USE_PKGLIBTOOL to USE_LIBTOOL?  Do we simply remove any
existing --cplusplus flags passed to ${LIBTOOL} in the patches?

Just wanted a clarification on this.
