Just running make fetch can take some time. You wouldn't want to test fetching
every night as even a nice fast connection this could take a day or two.

Also, are you looking to build everything (i.e. all licenses)?

Is there any easy way that something can run through pkgsrc/distfiles and
tell me what are old ones? i.e. I have a make fetch that completes reasonably
well but I know there's cruft from old versions lying around still.
