The problem was that the package randomly picked up rplay and/or
readline depending on system configuration. Now that the proper
dependencies and flags have been added, the behaviour is consistent.
I don't know whether it is desirable to pull in rplay/readline for
fvwm2. (Personally, the last time I have been using fvwm2 has been
about a couple of years ago.) I also wanted to avoid cluttering the
package system with yet another set of FVWM2_USE_package_xy-like
switches ...
