Check out ftp.netbsd.org:~hubertf/bin/pkgstat (just did that). We could
fun that now every day and make some stats somewhen. (this is not on cron
yet, let me know what you think!)

Getting past values involves a local CVS Repository (copy), and lots of
date-based checkouts involved with wasting lots of CPU and disk bandwidth.
