Pretty good idea.
What are people's thoughts about the longevity of y2k information?
Its its still going to be of interest in mid 2000 then it could
be worth adding a Y2KURL=... to Makefiles, and then using that if
set the README.html in a similar way to HOMEPAGE.
I can imagine some people will still care in late 2000, but how
many?
