In my case, my home system has libslang-1.3.8 installed from February
this year, and it did install something in $PREFIX/doc. It seemed a
little unreasonable that just because the policy has changed between
then and now that an install of the current siag failed.
The "proper" fix would probably be to change siag to install directly
into $PREFIX/share/doc, and not use the "install into $PREFIX/doc and
move it to $PREFIX/share/doc" hackery that's there now...
