tech-pkg: hbench and machine arch.

hbench on the pmax wants to use "netbsd1.4.1-pmax", but the PLIST
specifies ${LOWER_OPSYS}${OS_VERSION}-${MACHINE_ARCH} which is
netbsd1.4.1-mipsel.

Would the correct fix be to patch config.guess to return mipsel for a
pmax?
