From the top of my head, the "../All/dep.tgz" to install dependencies in
pkg_add won't work any more. Esp. for the ftp-install, this will be funny
to fix, dito for http. (in theory, you have to see of the dep.tgz is in
../All or in ../../All, but we don't have a fexists() for ftp/http in the
tree).

For bsd.pkg.mk, the package-links target will probably get some trouble.
Maybe binpkg-list, too.
