The one who maintains the _package_, i.e. yours. (and/or of the one
committing the package, but yours looks ok for now ;).

Insert empty '$NetBSD's, they will be filled in as appropriate by cvs
automatically. Don't forget to run 'make makepatchsum' if you change any
patches...
