I've just committed a fix for the problem described by Jim Wise, the
DEINSTALL script wasn't executed a second time because it wasn't theren
then any more. Now the whole LogDir (/var/db/pkg/foo-x.y) is removed
_after_ the script was ran a second time.

I've updated the version of the pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkg_install package, and
also bumped PKGTOOLS_REQD to match this - you'll have to update, as we'll 
want to make use of this feature fairly soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!
