A couple of weeks ago, the package system was modified to call the
DEINSTALL script of a package twice -- once before deinstallation, as
``<deinstall-script> <package-name> DEINSTALL'', and once after all
files in the PLIST have been removed, as ``<deinstall-script>
<package-name> POST-DEINSTALL''

Unfortunately, this functionality seems to not be working at the moment
- -- as near as I can tell, the package directory in /var/db/pkg is
getting deleted before the second (POST-DEINSTALL) check for the
existance of the DEINSTALL script.  As no packages currently use
POST-DEINSTALL (AFAICT), I'm not sure how to tell if it ever worked...
