Is there something I need to do to make sure a submitted package will
be examined for inclusion?  The above package is, as far as I can
tell, completely ready to commit.

I was thinking of making a package out of that and KAME's IPv6 patch
for INN; but there's no point in that if it's not going to get
accepted.
