I seem to recall that someone made a package builder that took a
GNU-style autoconf'd program and build the top level Makefile, but can't
find any reference in the tech-pkg archives with the keywords I tried.
Nor is it in pkgsrc/pkgtools :-)  Does this beastie exist?
