This is because of the rather losing goop surrounding `reachover' builds
(*_DEPENDS+= name:location:TARGET ... the target part is important).  I've
added a hack to fix this for now, and will address it more fully later. Note
that this problem was in pkgsrc _after_ the 1.4 cut.

Newpkgsrc deliberately has no notion of "reaching over" into another pkg's
build tree, period.  So it's not affected by this.
