Could I make a humble request that pkgsrc/mk/NetBSD.x11.dist and
pkgsrc/mk/NetBSD.pkg.dist be configured to make the man/cat* dirs
mode 1777?  I save my catman pages at format time and if I'm not
root, they don't get saved.

Are there perceived problems with this?
