Given the package people are looking at having 'prefix=/usr'
as an option on installs that would give us /usr/netscape.

I don't really see libexec as the ideal place since it has
a bunch (well over 100) sundry other files.

Also, I'm currently using lib/netscape/communicator-4.5 and
lib/netscape/navigator-4.5 so we can support simultaneous
	installations.

Actually I _could_ go for share/... and libexec/... given I
believe we can share just about everything except the binary
	across architectures
