As A general rule I would prefer we didn't upgrade things like window managers
to beta versions unless the previous version was also a beta.  (eg,
enlightenment, where the next beta is likely to actually be less buggy)

Window managers are important enough that we should try to keep the ones we
ship as stable as possible.  Just my two cents..
