Unfortunately, there has not yet been an official distribution of headers
and libraries from a powerpc system on which to base such a cross compiler.

But if someone wants to do a `make build' and make a `comp' distribution set
from it, I can make a powerpc-netbsd13G cross pkg.  If I don't hear response
soonish, I'll attempt this myself using a `half-built' cross compiler.
