Basically what I'd like to be able to do is create pkgs from a
different directory than their final install dir.  Currently, I am
using @srcdir, but that isn't a terribly good solution, since it
hard codes the location of said directory a bit much for me.
So, the question is:  Is there a good way to specify this on the
command line that I have missed?  If not, I could probably write
a -s "srcdir" switch.

This would at least help a little in the cross building pkgs direction
(although not terribly much :)
