OK.. you make a valid point..  how about this:

share:
        all things MI.  Readmes, sound files, levels, config files, pixmaps,
        graphics, etc etc.

libdata:
        dbm/gdbm databases, and anything else that might be MD

libexec:
        modules, and other binaries _used internally by the program_

By the above.. I mean things like modules in fvwm, where they are useless to
exec by hand, but are needed by the program..  I really hate things that
install daemons you might want to run in some wierd location like that.. thats
just an opinion though.
