We're switching over to libfetch, a new library for general handling
of fetching URLs which DES is just finishing.

Feel free to contact me if there is anything you wonder about WRT to
keeping in sync. I keep a fairly close eye on the FreeBSD pkg tools,
and usually know when something is about to happen to them.

Personally, I would have liked NetBSD and FreeBSD to stay in
byte-by-byte sync for those sources. Divergence just feels so
pointless.
