Well, for me it was the most obvious thing to do, as I didn't know the 
current state of FreeBSD's libftpio, and i also know that our ftp client 
now has everything we needed, so why not switch over to it.

In general, I'd very much like to keep in sync with FreeBSD as far as 
possible.
