HCI_CMD_SNIFF_SUBRATING  is supposed to be 0x0811, but the
value seems to be used nowhere by the code.

It's all confusing, even more if you look at BLE (which we
do not support). If you try to understand bluetooth, you will
also find what else we don't support yet.

Some people believe this denial is about use of patents and trademarks
involved with Bluetooth. But you probably have to ask your own shyster.
