No, it works fine.

But, some NetBSD systems are in environments where IPv6 doesn't work,
which is a bug/configuration-error outside our control.

I’ve been trying to send some ipv6 fragments to my netbsd to test reassembly but seems to violate scope rules so doesn’t get reassembled.
