Remove ntwoc(4)?

Is anyone out there still using the ntwoc(4) driver?  This driver is for Riscom/N2 ISA and PCI sync serial interfaces using Cisco HDLC.  I’m going to guess that, at this point, the number of people using this kind of technology is approaching zero (modulo missile silos and whatnot), and the number of NetBSD users using Cisco HDLC over sync serial is probably too small to be representable even by an IEEE754 subnormal (at which point, might as well just round down).

In 5… 4… 3… 2… ??
