RTA_AUTHOR and DAD

RTA_AUTHOR is defined thusly:
#define RTA_AUTHOR	0x40 /* sockaddr for author of redirect */

Does anyone object to dropping the "of redirect" part and adding this as 
a sockaddr_dl/AF_LINK to ifa_msghdr messages generated by our DAD 
routines so userland can be informed of the hardware address claiming 
the address we want?
