BBR congestion control

			Hi tech-net,

I just saw this patch for Linux, posted by Google, implementing a new 
congestion control algorithm, BBR:

The concept looks interesting, the code doesn't seem to be re-usable in 
NetBSD as-is though (GPL license).

Does it look like something we should consider integrating or 
re-implementing?
