Two or three of the common subroutines for adding/deleting/creating
ethernet multicast addresses take a struct ifreq argument.  It does not
make a lot of sense: the routines only use the ifr_addr field.  Is it
ok to change the arguments to 'const struct sockaddr *', and update the
manual page?
