Hey folks, I've implemented an RFC2090-based "open-loop" multicast
TFTP server for NetBSD. This requires -current as it uses proplib.

The -current tftp(1) is able to transfer files from this daemon, but
is not currently optimized to accept packets out-of-order. Any
compliant RFC2090 client will just work with a server in open-loop mode.
