dhclient's /sbin/dhclient-script uses sed.  Sed is in /usr/bin, and hence
is available if and only if /usr is mounted.  But /usr is mounted by
mountcritremote, and dhclient (correctly) requires mountcritlocal.  This
strikes me as a bug...
