it was a simple 'ifconfig -a'
the same happens with 'netstat -i'

the crash only occurs, if pim6sd is running:

my pim6sd.conf
#############################
default_phyint_status disable;

phyint gif0 enable;
phyint gif3 enable;
phyint fxp0 enable;
phyint vlan8 enable;
phyint vlan14 enable;
phyint vlan20 enable;
phyint vlan42 enable;
phyint vlan55 enable;
phyint vlan57 enable;
phyint vlan999 enable;
##############################

I will send the sysctl_* parameter tomorrow from my office.
