FWIW, an Internet Draft, "Teredo: Tunneling IPv6 over UDP through
NATs," by Christian Huitema, describes a protocol that may apply in your
situation. There are open-source implementations for the FreeBSD kernel
(teredo_ng) and Linux/*BSD userland (Miredo).
[It would be nice if NetBSD had a virtual interface teredo(4) in addition
to stf(4).]
