Check out pkgsrc/net/pim6dd and pkgsrc/net/pim6sd.

But you might rather refer to KAME snapshots at
ftp://ftp.kame.net/pub/kame/snap because the base version of the
pkgsrc seems pretty old.  Also, MLDv2 is not available on released
(or current) versions of NetBSD.  You need KAME snapshot kernel to
play with MLDv2.
