Yes I moved it so it would be on my root partition. I ran ldd on
ipwctl and it shows this

/sbin/ipwctl:
        -lc.12 => /usr/lib/libc.so.12

So maybe thats the problem then? Is there anyway to force a mount of
/usr before the startup of the network?
