someone asked on comp.unix.bsd.netbsd.misc[1] about the status of the 
following TCP extensions:

- TCP-Tahoe
- TCP-Reno
- TCP-NewReno
- TCP-SACK
- TCP-Vegas
- TCP-Westwood

I think we should document what we have in tcp.4. If someone can send me a 
yes/no list, I'll put something into the HISTORY section. Better place 
welcome, patches even more. :)
