Please don't forget the patch to options.4. Maybe add the URL as link in 
the "See also" list, or reference it directly in the options, so people 
know where to find more information.

On the patch:
   * The XXX comment mentions a "dcy" - maybe make that read "dyoung",
     to make it more obvious whom to ask?
   * Maybe add a comment above the new in_getifa() function to tell what
     it does and how to enable it (options IPV4_LINKLOCAL).
