From ath(4):
All chips support WEP encryption. AR5211 and AR5212 support the AES, TKIP, 
and Michael crypto-graphic operations required for WPA but at this time the
driver does not support them.

This was the only wireless driver that mentioned WPA that I found.
Maybe there are some patches...

Off-topic:
Not to mention that WPA is missing from NetBSD, I couldn't find any
device able to interoperate with 802.11g (yes I know, there are
patches for Prism54). How is wireless support going on FreeBSD 5 or
the other BSDs ? Is there any kind of barrier that makes hard to
support wireless drivers in NetBSD ?
