Is someone still planning to merge PF?  last month itojun said kjc was
working on it.  I hope so, because I think it'd be sweet!  

I'm constantly frustrated by the lack of appropriately-complete
documentation on the Darren Reed stuff.  Also, the current ALTQ
classifier really isn't adequate (for the prioritizing-TCP-ACKs trick,
for example).  Maybe PF is the easiest way to fix this?  unless it
sucks---I've never used it yet.
