   Is CBCP supported under PPPoE on the 1.6 branch? I'm trying to
diagnose a problem with my ISP which is allowing XP to connect but not
NetBSD (which was working before), and I see from a packet trace that
one difference in the handshaking is that XP is using CBCP.
