Not exactly. Two of the items I'm coding on right now are remediating
some recent commits, commits which weren't discussed here; which were
not offered for review prior to commit; and (in one case) went against
the consensus of prior discussion of the technical issue.

What is one supposed to do?  Back out Itojun's changes without discussion?
