I've implemented RFCs

	2347 - TFTP Option Extension

	2348 - TFTP Blocksize Option

	2349 - TFTP Timeout Interval and Transfer Size Options

in our tftp client and server.  I am looking for anyone who would
be interested in looking at the changes--either for testing or for
review--before I commit them.
