I agree with the latter part. i.e. I should port bind8 resolver
as I promised with you several months ago. I guess what you mean here
is this, right? If you'd like to know the other code that I wrote,
please look at sys/arch/arc/.

But I don't agree with the former part that I should shut up.
Because we should know what is the right thing, and we cannot know
that without talking.
