Should dhclient really be asking for an address on strip
	interfaces? - they are not supposed to support IFF_BROADCAST.

	As is running dhclient is distinctly annoying on a GENERIC
	kernel (and quite confusing to new users as it continually
	bleats 'dhclient: send_packet: Network is down'
