Open PR 6880 notes, about netintro(4), that it does not document
SIOCGIFALIAS.

Could anyone who understands SIOCGIFALIAS suggest some text to be put
into src/share/man/man4/netintro.4? A good patch would win a star from
this overworked ticket team member. (If someone with commit privs
would just write the two sentences, commit them, and close the PR,
I'll give them two stars. :)
