The firmware is different in the DWL-650H:

  wi0: Symbol Firmware: Primary (2.1.2), Station (2.20.2)

I've not had any problems with it on hpcarm and alpha.  But, presumably, if
you want to use a D-Link card as an access point, don't get a DWL-650H.
