I don't know - try applying the 1.5.2-based patch to 1.5.4_ALPHA, or
upgrade your system to 1.6, which (i think) has altq sort of integraded.

No idea... there are several software solutions like pkgsrc/*/vtun out
there, but I've used none of them.
