at this moment we support ATM PVC only for en* driver.  the PVC support
	is embedded into midway.c, which is not good.  is there's anyone
	interested in making pvc pseudo interface more generic, and cleanup
	pvcsif(8)/pvctxctl(8), i would love to see the cleanup results.

	(these days we don't really use ATM cards any more...)
