I'm running NetBSD-current/i386, using a Compaq Netelligent dual port
ethernet card, and for some reason the interface is sending some strange
packets at a steady rate (tcpdump output follows) and I cannot figure out
what they are nor why they are being sent. The dmesg output from the
ethernet adapter is:

tl0 at pci2 dev 0 function 0
tl0: Compaq Dual Port Netelligent 10/100 TX
tl0: Ethernet address 00:08:c7:a4:a9:40
tl0: interrupting at irq 9
tlphy0 at tl0 phy 31: ThunderLAN 10baseT media interface, rev. 5
tlphy0: 10base5
tl1 at pci2 dev 1 function 0
tl1: Compaq Dual Port Netelligent 10/100 TX
tl1: Ethernet address 00:08:c7:a4:a9:c0
tl1: interrupting at irq 7
tlphy1 at tl1 phy 31: ThunderLAN 10baseT media interface, rev. 5
tlphy1: 10base5

Here is a dump of a few of the packets. Note that they are going out on both
tl0 and tl1, my LAN and cable modem, respectivly.

The card is configured as follows:

tl0: flags=8863<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
	address: 00:08:c7:a4:a9:40

I am using ipf/ipnat to give my LAN internet access through the cable modem
attached to tl1.

What are these packets? This is something that is only happening in NetBSD,
I recently switched from FreeBSD and FreeBSD didn't do this. Can I stop
them, somehow?

Any light anyone can shed on this issue is welcome.
