My fault, sorry. My last change (quite some time back) broke some
initialisation, so now the channel considers itself idle (but this is a 
warning only, if the exchange decides to switch this call to this channel,
this channel *is* free by definition).

I'll get back to my cleanup work in that area soon after 1.5.1 is out of the
door.
